    Fill out a one-minute form to confirm your eligibility.
  2. Meet your care team
    Schedule your first appointment and download Pomelo Care's app to start messaging with your care team right away. Our providers, nurses, and specialists aren’t here to replace your in-person OB-GYN or midwife. We’re here to support you anytime between visits, at no cost to you.
  3. Get care and support 24 hours a day, seven days a week
    Our care team takes the time to listen to you. We’re here for you and your baby day or night. Message your care team anytime or meet by phone or video.

Who is eligible?

DCHP members who are pregnant or have a new baby are eligible for this program.

What if I already have an OB-GYN or midwife?

Pomelo Care won’t replace your in-person provider, but is here to support your family between visits. Your Pomelo Care team will work with your OB-GYN or midwife to ensure they are updated on the care you’re receiving from Pomelo Care. If you don't have an in-person OB-GYN or midwife already, Pomelo Care can help you find one that meets your needs.

How much will it cost?

DCHP members receive these services through their health insurance so there is no out-of-pocket-cost.

Is this program available in Spanish?

Yes, the Pomelo Care team includes a number of bilingual English/Spanish speakers. We are also able to support a number of other languages through a translation service. Contact us and let us know your language preferences.
