Locate the link to join your virtual visit.
You can find the link to join your visit in the confirmation email you received from scheduling@acuityscheduling.com. You'll also receive reminder emails with the same link one day and one hour before your visit. If you don't see these emails, please check your spam folder.
Tap your visit link at any time before your visit to test your device.

If you’re using your smartphone or tablet
Make sure you’ve downloaded the Zoom app. You do not need to create a Zoom account to join your Pomelo visit. Tap the visit link and select “Join Meeting Now.” This will open the meeting in your Zoom app.

Select "Join Meeting Now"
Select "Launch Meeting"
Install Zoom if you haven't already
Wait for appointment to begin
If you’re using your computer
Tap the visit link and select “Join Meeting Now.” You can choose “Open zoom.us” if you have the Zoom application on your computer or “Join from Your Browser” to join from Google Chrome, Safari, etc. You do not need to create a Zoom account or install an application to join your Pomelo visit.
